Weekly Classes
Hatha Yoga is a practice of establishing balance. While most classes are taught in the Hatha Vinyasa style, meaning sequences that flow intentionally from posture to posture, each class is paced and adapted according to the needs of the students in attendance.
Pacific Yoga is a place to practice intentionally.
Each week of classes begins with a collective intention, that can be personalized to the needs of each individual. Every practice is interwoven with that intention, with opportunities throughout the week to simplify or deepen at your own pace.
Find your rhythm
You don’t have to do everything.
Choose one class to make your weekly anchor.

Class is taught in Vinyasa Flow style with the intention to help reconnect with core, redevelop strength, and open all those tight, achy places common in those first months postpartum. Each class is appropriately tailored to the group, and offered with enough flexibility to allow for the needs of the little ones.
Offered as a group private mini-series of at least 3 moms committed to full enrollment to run. Spaces limited to 6 moms + babies.

Mamas & Movers
Moms with littles who are on the move, come join our village and get back to your yoga practice! Take time to recharge so you can keep up!
Little movers are learning independence, so they will have freedom here to play or participate as much as their attention span allows, while mom demonstrates dedication to self-care. Classes will be geared toward mom’s practice level, with the intention to keep it simple and repetitive, so as to offer opportunities for the littles to participate at their own pace.
Come with a light heart and a sense of humor! A few toys or books for the kiddos are a good idea too.

Restore & Rest
with Nicole McLane
Restorative yoga offers us an opportunity to slow down enough to reset our nervous system. It helps us to reestablish connection to the steady ground beneath us, so that we move into our next cycle of life more mindfully and with ease.
Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation intended to facilitate a state of “yogic sleep”, which is not quite sleep, but a trancelike state of deeply relaxed awareness. Its benefits include improved cognitive functioning, enhanced memory, reduced stress, better sleep and improved physical health. It is considered a valuable tool for treating insomnia, chronic pain and anxiety.
This once-a-month offering combining these two deeply relaxing healing modalities is a wonderful digestive to add to your monthly regimen.
Gentle enough for all levels of experience and ability.
Monthly Class:
Dates: Sunday | September 27
Time: 5pm – 6:30pm EST
Level: All levels of ability
Experience: No prior experience necessary
